Most patients referred to an endodontist are seeking expertise and treatment for root canal issues.
Endodontists are dentists with, at minimum, two additional years of advanced specialty education in diagnosis and root canal treatment.
Dr. Kersh limits his practice to endodontics. He uses his training, expertise, and advanced technology to treat specialized cases, like narrow teeth or teeth with blocked canals. Depending upon his patient's needs he may employ operating microscopes, ultrasonics, or digital imaging.
Techniques, training, and tools are continually advancing. Now, a root canal is usually as comfortable as having a tooth filled. Dr. Kersh has a calm, confident, caring manner that puts his patients at ease.
